Insight Global is seeking a GenAI/AI Enablement Specialist to join one of our largest medical device clients. We are seeking a proactive GenAI Enablement Specialist to operationalize their enterprise generative AI strategy by delivering pilots, driving adoption, and ensuring strong governance. In this role, you will partner with the GenAI Acceleration Lead to scale tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and custom AI applications across the business. Responsibilities include translating strategic roadmaps into actionable plans, managing rollouts and production transitions, coordinating with IT and platform teams, and delivering persona-based training and enablement programs. You will also oversee the GenAI intake and review process with Legal, Cyber Security, and Enterprise Architecture, monitor adoption and business impact through KPIs and dashboards, manage vendor relationships, and scout emerging AI capabilities and regulatory developments.

-Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science or related field.
-4+ years in AI/ML, digital transformation or technology enablement, including exposure to LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, Microsoft Copilot).
-Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, REST/GPT APIs or low-code AI orchestration tools.
-Proficiency in data-visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and basic scripting (Python, SQL).
-Comfort operating in a matrixed, regulated global environment and collaborating with Legal, Security and Compliance teams.
-Experience building Power BI or Tableau dashboards that surface AI adoption and ROI metrics.
-Familiarity with change-management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci) for large-scale technology programs.
-Exposure to healthcare, MedTech or other highly regulated industries.
-Proven ability to work independently while proactively engaging with team members, colleagues, and stakeholders to align and drive solutions forward.
-Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence team members effectively to achieve project goals.
