Job Description

A federal client in Lexington, MA is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and hands-on support across the full lifecycle of complex networked systems, including the planning, analysis, design, development, testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, implementation, integration, maintenance, and management of voice, data, and video communication networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate, define, and recommend network requirements to support mission objectives

Analyze network traffic and workload to ensure optimal performance

Monitor network capacity, reliability, and overall system health to identify and resolve issues proactively

Pay rate range: 60-70/hr

Required Skills & Experience

-8+ years of experience in network engineering
-Experience recommending and maintaining network architecture and infrastructure
-Extensive experience installing, testing, maintaining, and upgrading network operating systems software; and/or ensuring the application of information security policies and practices in the delivery of network services
-Active Secret Clearance
-Able to work 5 days onsite
