Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support project planning, tracking, and execution efforts at Hanscom AFB. This role focuses on coordinating IT projects, tracking progress, ensuring compliance with DoD standards, and working closely with government stakeholders to deliver mission-critical technology initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience managing IT projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress across multiple stakeholders
Experience working with DoD or Air Force environments and understanding military processes or requirements
Experience tracking project milestones, risks, and deliverables (dashboards, reports, briefings)
Strong experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
Experience supporting compliance requirements (RMF, DoD standards, policies)
Strong communication skills and ability to brief leadership
Active Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree (or additional 4 years of experience in lieu)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Communications / IT QA or infrastructure environments
Experience conducting site surveys or quality checks
Experience working directly with government POCs or base-level stakeholders
Experience supporting enterprise architecture or system modernization efforts
