Job Description
A federal supporting company is seeking an Account Executive to serve as the senior executive interface for KBR’s USAF customers, owning strategic engagement, account planning, and long term positioning. Day to day work includes executive level customer meetings, shaping account and growth strategy, partnering with BD on future opportunities, aligning Ops and delivery priorities, and representing KBR across industry forums and symposia. This is a high autonomy role with significant influence, focused less on day to day capture execution and more on enabling growth, strengthening relationships, and positioning KBR for sustained success across NSS portfolios.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of AF Account Executive / BD background
o Strong understanding of the USAF market, including industry trends and competitive landscape.
o Deep understanding of Hanscom AFB market and Air Force acquisition environment
Most important customer experience/relationships: PAE C3BM, PAE Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3), PAE Electronic Systems, PAE Cyber & Networks
o Proven experience driving organic growth beyond recompetes
o Strategic thinker comfortable operating beyond a 12–18 month capture window
o Ability to partner effectively with Ops, BD, Capture, and Executive Leadership
- Comfortable with traveling 1-2 times a month if needed
- Active TS clearance SCI eligibility
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with OTAs, CSOs, and non traditional contracting
• Familiarity with SBIR / innovation pipelines
• Background spanning both industry and government
