Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Top Secret Systems Engineer supporting the product divisions to secure communications systems across design, integration, testing, and sustainment. Works full lifecycle, leading trade studies, test efforts, and risk mitigation. Supports MBSE/digital engineering and modernization initiatives (MOSA/OMS). Focuses on secure architectures, including encryption/key management, satellite communications, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
3–7 years systems/communications engineering (full lifecycle)
Bachelor’s or equivalent experience
System integration + external interfaces
Test planning, execution, and validation (V&V)
Trade studies (cost, schedule, performance, security)
Experience with secure/resilient system design
MBSE or digital engineering exposure
Strong documentation and briefing skills
Risk management (Air Force aligned)
Familiarity with DoDI 8140 (631/632)
Basic knowledge of encryption/key management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
NC3 or strategic comms experience
Satellite communications / frequency knowledge
Quantum or advanced encryption exposure
MOSA / OMS experience
SWAP-C analysis
Experience setting standards or leading technical decisions
