A federal client is looking for a skilled data analyst/engineer to design, develop, and maintain reporting, tracking, and management tools that serve division-wide needs. This role requires expertise in Microsoft tools, including but not limited to Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint, to create efficient, data-driven solutions that meet customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insightful analytics. Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency. Manage and customize SharePoint sites to support collaboration and document management. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across reporting and automation tools. Provide training and support to users on Microsoft tools and solutions. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies to continuously improve division-wide tools. Pay rate: 40-60/hr

-5+ plus years of experience within data analysis and visualization
-Expereince utilizing AI (artificial Intelligence) within data analytics
-Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
-Experience in data visualization, automation, and workflow optimization.
-Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
-Active Secret Clearance
