Job Description

A large retail & commercial bank is looking for an IT PM to join their infrastructure team in Mexico. As a background, the bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast in the US. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities.

Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.

Compensation:
$20/hr to $30/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10 years of experience

- Bilingual in English/Spanish

- Project Management experience in any infrastructure area: Datacenter, Networking, Systems, etc..

- Vulnerability and Patching management experience

- Obsolescence management experience

- Good technical coordination skills

- Good organization skills - keeping actions, minutes, follow up meetings, presentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Excel
