Job Description

We’re seeking an expert in DoD Acquisition, Hanscom AFB operations and Engineering Program Management to lead $5–20M+ prototype-to-IOC projects. This includes scoping, design, funding, procurement, installation, and testing.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead DoD/AF concept development and contract acquisition pertaining to EW and C5ISR
• Manage office operations, manage experimentation, data analysis, and publication
• Guide integration, configuration, and maintenance of systems
• Apply DoD systems engineering practices
• Collaborate across hardware/software/test teams to meet requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• Thought leader with strong presentation skills
• Deep Air Force/HAFB and EW systems experience
• Graduate degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in USG & Industry
• Active Secret clearance or higher
• Strong communication and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to work independently and travel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Top Secret clearance or higher
• Forum/Session leadership at national DoD/AF meetings
• Lead system, hardware, and software teams to design solutions to meet requirements
• Lead test teams to ensure that the solution meets program requirements
• Experience with USG/Industry/FFRDC partners
• Ability to travel internationally
• Ability and motivation to work with minimal direction
