Job Description

- Prepare and negotiate complex contract/teaming agreement terms and conditions and provide associated risk mitigation opportunities and recommendations.

- Drive all contract negotiations; ensuring all resultant customer agreements minimize company risk.

- Complete hands-on order entry of incoming contract documents into the designated ERP system.

- Assist in the development of contract and subcontract administration procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, customer requirements, and sound business judgment.

- Primary point of contact between the company and customer for contractual matters.

- Draft, prepare, and execute certain internal and external correspondence on contractual matters, including preparation of company Certifications and Representations, with increasing levels of autonomy.

- Maintain records, spreadsheets, and other tracking documents as required to support internal and external audits, manage contract-related data, and generate reports as required.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or other related discipline with minimum 3 years business experience.

* Proven ability to negotiate complex Government awards and administer complex teaming and subcontract negotiations.

* Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of a matrix organization; ability to develop relationships within all levels of the organization.

* Ability to review contractual documents for sufficiency and risk.

* Extensive organizational and time management skills; must be able to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy and detail in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Familiarity with both U.S. Government and commercial contracts.

* FAR/DFAR/DEAR/CFR/TINA and CAS knowledge and experience.

* US citizenship required.

* Strength in analytical skills; comfortable reviewing and analyzing cost and pricing details.

* Experience working with various Government agencies including the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)
