Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our outstanding University Relations Team as a Recruiter. This role is part of our Global Talent Acquisition team which is responsible for the recruitment of all early talent programs.
As a member of our University Relations team, you'll play a key role in building strategic partnerships and encouraging collaboration across departments and businesses! Here's what you'll be doing:
Support:
Work closely with leaders to develop recruitment initiatives for various leadership programs.
Influence recruiting processes and requirements by building strong internal client relationships with program sponsors.
Lead all aspects of the management and execution of executive referrals.
Assist in recruiting interns for the EMEA region across multiple countries.
Attract & Hire Talent:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and requirements for functional roles.
Supply to talent mapping and workforce planning projects, focusing on early talent gaps.
Support full-cycle recruitment for leadership development programs and internships in Operations, Finance, Project Engineering, and IT.
Make Campus Connections:
Lead campus recruiting events to attract a diverse pool of undergraduate students.
Establish relationships with career service departments, faculty, and student groups on campuses.
Qualifications:
1+ years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience preferred.
Bachelors Degree required.
Experience in multi-country recruiting is a plus.
Familiarity with TA systems such as Workday and Phenom People.
Event or program management experience is helpful.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong presentation, organization, and communication skills, demonstrating technology and social platforms' familiarity.
Analytical and quantitative skills for data review and preparation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data analysis and presentations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.

The compensation for this role ranges from 25 to 30 /HR depending on skillset and experience.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
