The ideal candidate combines strong QA/UAT experience with knowledge of financial, billing, or legal industry systems. The vendor is current configuring the system for their environment and goal of this new paperless solution is to improve billing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and test cases for a new billing platform implementation.
2. Validate end-to-end billing workflows, invoice generation processes, approvals, and revenue operations functionality.
3. Identify, document, and track system defects through resolution.
4. Work directly with business users to validate expected outcomes and production readiness.
5. Participate in defect triage meetings and testing status discussions.
6. Perform regression testing after system updates and defect fixes.

8. Collaborate with implementation vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.
9. Validate system configurations and business processes associated with the firm's transition to an electronic proforma billing environment.
