Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to support one of our pharmaceutical clients based in Boston, MA. This is a remote position but must be able to work EST hours. This role is part of the Business Analyst Reporting (BAR) team, which provides direct support to the Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Chain (CMSC) organization. As a member of the BAR team, you will be responsible for translating business needs within CMSC into actionable reporting solutions. This includes designing and developing dashboards and data tools that align with strategic goals and drive operational efficiency. To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable joining a team in its early formation stage and be highly self-sufficient in delivering analytics solutions that generate business value. The work environment is dynamic, often requiring you to juggle multiple projects—such as resolving bugs in existing dashboards while simultaneously building new ones to meet evolving business needs.
Key Qualifications:
-Proven expertise in BI analytics, with a strong ability to independently build dashboards using Power BI.
-Experience supporting supply chain or manufacturing functions from a business perspective.
-Ability to distinguish between what stakeholders want and what they need, and deliver solutions that meet core business objectives.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems through data and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Compensation:
$70/hr to $80/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
-Advanced Power BI expertise: Proven ability to ingest data from diverse sources—both manual inputs and databases—model complex datasets, and design intuitive, user-focused visualizations.
-Strong SQL proficiency: Skilled in writing and optimizing queries to support robust data analysis and reporting.
-Data modeling & integration: Experienced in working with unstructured and multi-source data, with a focus on cleansing and harmonizing for consistent, reliable reporting.
-Functional support for Manufacturing/Supply Chain: -Demonstrated success in partnering with operational teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
-Change Management readiness: Comfortable contributing to a newly forming team and navigating evolving processes and priorities.
-Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Analytics, Data Science, or Engineering, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
-Multi-project agility: Capable of managing concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment, from bug fixes to new dashboard development.
-Requirements documentation: Understands the importance of capturing and documenting dashboard/reporting requirements as a core part of the development lifecycle.

-Experience supporting Snowflake integrated applications.
