Insight Global is seeking a Smartsheet Consultant for one of our top non-profit healthcare improvement clients. Our client provides millions of people with, in health care methods, tools and resources to make care better, safer, and more equitable. This role will sit fully remote and be a short-term contract; approximately two (2) months.
Our client is looking for someone to come in and help create business processes, project management processes and be in expert in Smartsheet. We are looking for someone who has the experience and ability to train and support users who are not very familiar with Smartsheet. Ideally this person will have experience building out worksheets, creating dashboards and scaling an organization with Smartsheet.
Responsibilities will include:
Primary Work Product: Create a Resource Management Office (staff assignments) workspace, including:
o Staff information management
o Use of Data Shuttle (or other tools) to allow for regularly updated allocations data pulled from our system of record, NetSuite / UKG
o Reporting functionality to allow viewing of staff allocations
o A Resourcing Dashboard to visualize the data for leadership
Additional Work (needs to be scoped on arrival):
o To work with a team managing an engagement to develop a Work App designed to inform client teams or project activities, collect information from clients and report (in a dashboard) results of data collection efforts.
o Departmental Dashboards (estimated 5 departments):
Work with a department to develop a departmental dashboard that consolidates information from various systems to capture departmental activities, progress against milestones and priorities and plans.
o Development of project management support within Smartsheet for a current engagement to include:
Support of workplan development
Internal and external reporting of project progress
Review Smartsheet functionality with the project team and determine best use criteria for updating and managing the team using Smartsheet
