Job Description

PR 40-55/hr
This is a 6-month contract role for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst with a strong background in TA analytics. You will play a critical role in advancing our Talent Acquisition (TA) capabilities by improving existing dashboards, enhancing data visualizations, and integrating data sources, all in alignment with our data governance strategy. Reporting to the Global TA Analytics Director, you will support the creation of dashboards and reports that TA managers and executives use for actionable insights that inform our recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Dashboard Development: Focus on improving existing MVP Tableau Dashboard and building new dashboards as needed. These dashboards will serve different personas within TA leadership, requiring a deep understanding of TA reporting logic, including the differences between candidate-based and requisition-based reporting. You will also need to comprehend the distinct needs of various TA user personas, such as operational TA leaders versus TA executives.
Data Integration: Collaborate with the Global TA Analytics Director and the wider People Analytics team to connect and streamline data sources, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with governance standards.
Analytics & Insights: Utilize SQL to generate custom reports that address business needs and support decision-making within the TA team.
Quality Assurance: Work directly with TA operational colleagues and People Analytics team to quality check existing reports for consistency with global definitions, and completeness of data, as well as overall data health.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the quality and efficiency of TA data reporting and visualization.
Technical Expertise: Apply your deep technical knowledge to address complex analytical challenges within the Talent Acquisition domain.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Talent Acquisition analytics, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact data visualizations and insights.
Technical Skills: Must have advanced Excel skills, experience with SQL, Tableau, and preferably Power BI and Snowflake.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in translating business needs into effective data solutions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Education: University degree in a related field such as Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent experience
- Additional experience with other data visualization tools
- worked in TA/ recruiting or sales
