Job Description

A pharmaceutical company based out of Boston is seeking a Salesforce Cloud Technical Lead to play a pivotal role in guiding the technical aspects of our Lifesciences Cloud implementation. This individual will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, ensure architectural integrity, and drive successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical design and architecture for Salesforce Lifesciences Cloud (Cell & Gene Technology).
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them for development teams.
• Oversee and guide developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze code, and maintain system integrity.
• Work with project managers and testing teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage integrations with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Bitbucket, GitHub, Okta, and others.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and quality standards throughout the implementation.
Project Details
• Phase 1: Understand the ecosystem and architecture (first 30 days).
• Phase 2: Dive into code, resolve issues, and optimize the landscape.
• Work closely with internal and external teams (including vendors) to ensure seamless integration.


Payrate - $83.87

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Haves:
• Certified Salesforce Consultant
• Lifescience experience (GXP)
• 4-5 years of experience in Salesforce Platform and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lifesciences Cloud
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance and quality processes.
• Prior experience translating functional requirements into technical specifications.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
• Familiarity with tools: Jira, ServiceNow, Bitbucket, GitHub, Okta, Bartender, OwnBackup.
• Exposure to multiple industries and ability to adapt to varied landscapes.
• Knowledge of data modeling and architecture within Salesforce.
• Experience with testing and quality assurance in regulated environments.
