Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a ROW Title Agent I to support public and private infrastructure projects by performing due diligence and assisting with the acquisition of land rights. This role focuses on pre‑negotiation activities and non‑complex negotiations, working closely with property owners, clients, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of balancing office work with fieldwork while building strong relationships with landowners.
Compensation: $40.96/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Qualifications
• 0–5 years of experience in real estate, land acquisition, right‑of‑way, or related field
○ If less than 1 year, candidate must clearly demonstrate negotiation skills through transferable experience (sales, contracts, customer negotiations, etc.)
• Basic understanding of negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with landowners
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self‑starter who can work independently while following defined processes
• Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook; Project a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours and coordinate closely with management
• Ability to work in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (Uniform Act, FERC, NEPA)
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug test and background screening
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Nice‑to‑Have / Bonus Skills
• Real Estate License (not required, but a strong plus)
• Prior experience negotiating land rights or easements
• Experience working with or supporting railroad projects
• Familiarity with GIS tools and databases
• Preference for local candidates with market knowledge
• Previous experience interacting directly with property owners in a field‑based role
