Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Right of Way Technician II to join the Right of Way team at a top engineering client. This role supports agents and Project Managers by organizing digital folders, updating reports and tracking systems, managing document filing in HDR ProjectWise, and handling meeting notes and mailings. The technician will coordinate with regional teams, assist with right-of-way project tasks, including title reviews, property research, document preparation, and closing support. Strong adaptability and organizational skills are essential in this fast-paced environment. Additional duties may be assigned to support team operations.
Day to Day
Coordinate daily support for agents and work closely with Project Managers
Set up and manage digital folder systems
Maintain and update reports, spreadsheets, and tracking databases
Take and publish meeting minutes for internal distribution
File records, including using HDR ProjectWise system
Assist with mailings (e.g., printing, stamping, stuffing envelopes)
Communicate with regional counterparts across Mid-Atlantic, New England, and Virginia
Support right-of-way projects with coordination and mid-level technical services
Order and review title documents; perform curative work and property research
Prepare acquisition packages and certification-ready documentation
Coordinate closing, settlement, condemnation packages, and document recordings
Generate client reports and ensure timely data input
Adapt to shifting priorities and support additional duties as needed
The compensation for this role ranges from $30/hr to $42.30/hr depending on skillset, education, and years of experience. Benefits are also offered for this role.

3+ years of experience in Real Estate, right of way, mortgage closing, or property management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as priorities shift
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (not necessarily an expert, but must have a strong working knowledge)
