Insight Global is seeking a Product Analyst to join a dynamic development team. The Product Analyst will develop and scale innovative AI frameworks to enhance knowledge discovery, research, and content synthesis through intuitive interfaces. They will create AI solutions for specific research use cases by synthesizing expert knowledge, performing autonomous research via agentic workflows, and unlocking non-traditional data types for generative AI. Their mission is to future-proof the clients generative AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reusability, and robustness across the enterprise. They will collaborate with squad members to ensure user stories and artifacts meet the needs of the team, Product Owner, and key stakeholders. They will leverage deep knowledge of applications and business processes to support backlog prioritization and data analysis, ensuring AI solutions meet business needs and acceptance criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to accurately capture stories, requirements, and designs.
-Analyze and break down problem statements, uncover requirements, and apply critical reasoning and creative thinking to address business challenges and propose solutions.
-Develop a deep understanding of the topic area and associated use cases to inform product development.
-Partner with technical leads to align on solution design and implementation.
-Collaborate with the data curation workstream to ensure high-quality metadata specifications.
-Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
-Design and execute A/B testing, synthesize findings, and communicate key insights to leadership.
-Collect and analyze user feedback to refine AI solutions and agents, translating it into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
-Regularly engage with the squad to provide feedback on solution development, clarify requirements, and remove impediments to optimize productivity.
-Develop and maintain product documentation, including feature lists, user guides, and release notes, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed.
-Possess a solid understanding of software development processes and technologies used by the development team.
-Collaborate effectively with engineers and technical leads to understand technical challenges and opportunities.
-Facilitate product demos to showcase AI solution capabilities, providing real-time feedback and insights.
-Exhibit intellectual curiosity, driven by thoughtfulness and eagerness to learn, actively listening and asking meaningful questions.
-Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compensation:
$70/hr to $110/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; major in Business, Technology, or related field encouraged.
-5-8 years of relevant experience in business analysis and/or product management within an agile environment, including collaborative work to identify and propose solution objectives and requirements.
-Strong understanding of software applications, including enterprise architecture, data analytics, and APIs.
-Enthusiasm for and aptitude in rapidly developing skills in generative AI.
-Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, drafting user stories, and story mapping.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience working with global teams.
-Strong organizational, interpersonal, requirements planning, and facilitation skills.
-Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
-Experience working with distributed teams in an agile context.
-Experience with large, complex IT projects (preferred).
-Keen interest in understanding customer pain points and solving them with a service mindset to maintain high product satisfaction.
-Entrepreneurial drive and proven ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
-Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
-Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
-Ability to work independently or virtually, as well as in a team environment.
-Experience in knowledge management, generative AI, web application development, UX/UI, and/or API design is a plus.
