Job Description

Insight Global's construction client is looking to hire a MEP Superintendent in Boston, MA. The role will be supporting the construction and renovation of a Convention Center in downtown Boston, with a major emphasis on electrical work. Some specific work will include large equipment replacements, scheduled shutdowns, HVAC replacements, all while ensuring continued operation of the facility. The ideal candidate will come with an extensive background providing MEP construction management support to industrial or commercial projects where they managed electrical subcontractors, provided scheduling/estimating support, documented project updates, and is a strong communicator.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Construction Manager/Superintendent, with a demonstrated emphasis in any MEP discipline
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems in commercial and/or industrial facilities
• Experience managing the day-to-day of subcontractors
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
