Job Description

A construction client is looking to hire an MEP Superintendent in Boston, MA. The role will be supporting the construction and renovation of the Heinz Convention Center in downtown Boston, with a major emphasis on electrical work. Some specific electrical work will include large equipment replacements, scheduled shutdowns, HVAC replacements, all while ensuring continued operation of the facility. The ideal candidate will come with an extensive background providing MEP construction management support to industrial or commercial projects where they managed electrical subcontractors, provided scheduling/estimating support, documented project updates, and is a strong communicator.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience as a Construction Manager/Superintendent, with a demonstrated emphasis in electrical work
- Exceptional communication skills to be applied towards managing the day-to-day of subcontractors

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
