Job Description

An international law firm spanning across the US/Europe/Asia is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their PMO team within IT. The PMO is responsible for any and all IT projects ranging from development, infrastructure, transformation, etc. The PMO team has a presence in San Diego CA, Washington DC, Boston MA, and Chicago IL but this role is mostly remote. They can sit near any client location NYC, Boston, DC, Reston VA, Chicago, San Diego, LA, San Franscisco, Seattle, Palo Alto, Miami, and Denver. The firm is in the Top 50 largest law firms in the world; they focus on corporate, litigation, intellectual property, fund formation, public markets, employment, life sciences (#1 law firm for tech and life sciences IPOs), clean technology, real estate, financial services, retail, regulatory and energy practices. The PM will be responsible for managing 3-5 projects at a given time with budget sizes ranging in the millions. It would be ideal if the candidate had some technical background/understanding as they will be handling IT related projects such as Zoom integration, Workfront integration for Marketing, SQL upgrades, Data Center consolidations, new software rollouts etc. Projects are appropriately allocated across the PMs to ensure each PM has enough bandwidth. The PM will be responsible for deriving a project plan, tracking milestones and progress in Adobe Workfront, and providing status updates to stakeholders and executives on project timelines and progress. This ideal PM will have excellent written and verbal communication so their messages surrounding projects are easily understood across all departments.

Compensation: $50/hr to $60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
