Information Security Architect

Insight Global is seeking an Information Security Architect responsible for ensuring that the information security requirements necessary to protect the organizations core missions and business processes are adequately addressed in all aspects of enterprise architecture. This includes reference models, segment, solution architectures, and the resulting information systems supporting those missions and business processes. You will be responsible for documenting designs for configuration and controls to reduce cyber and information security risk for applications, infrastructure, and data. This will also include guiding implementations of security configurations and controls to help test the effectiveness of implementations. This position is 1 day a week onsite in Downtown Boston with compensation ranging from $80-90/hr based on years of experience.

7+ years working as a Sr Security Architect
In depth knowledge of the OSI model, and security architecture frameworks.
Current knowledge of the cyber threat landscape, vulnerability management strategies and tactics, security monitoring requirements and implementation, and security operations analytics.
Knowledge and experience in applying and speaking in depth about cyber security frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS 18, etc.
Demonstrated ability to perform risk assessments of applications, databases, and/or infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills. Must be concise, quick to the point. Analytic brain with structured approach.
Experience with creating and updating documentation related to security requirements and managed processes.

CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CEH, Security + or equivalent certification preferred
Project Management background
AWS security experience
