Job Description
We are seeking a skilled GIS Developer to join our team of geospatial professionals delivering enterprise-level GIS solutions. This role involves developing and maintaining geospatial applications, managing cloud-based infrastructure, and collaborating across teams to meet business needs. The compensation range is $50-$60/hr based on years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop geospatial web and scripting applications using the ESRI stack.
• Create custom widgets, geoprocessing services, ETL processes, and software integrations.
• Manage enterprise geodatabases, database servers, web servers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Plan and execute testing, installation, implementation, and support of GIS solutions.
• Document development processes and provide writing/coding samples.
• Gather and validate business requirements before solution development.
• Maintain and prioritize backlog requests and assist in work stream planning.
• Ensure effective time and resource management.

Required Skills & Experience
• Proficiency in programming languages including Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise/Server (10.9.1+) and ArcGIS Pro (2.9+).
• Familiarity with additional ESRI tools (e.g., LRS, Workflow Manager, Image Server, Reality, Velocity, Monitor, GeoEvent).
• Experience managing ArcGIS Enterprise in cloud environments (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure).
• Strong skills in application and database development.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Voyager, dashboards).
• Automation experience using FME, VertiGIS Studio, Python, SQL.
• Web development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, .NET.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Understanding of Transportation Planning
• Familiarity with AI/ML model training and execution.
