Insight Global is sourcing for a Data Consultant, to join a global consulting firm joining the Data Product Portfolio team. The Data Analyst role will be an integral part of an Agile team focused on delivering best in class Data Products. This role will be responsible for helping to define, build and implement new analytical and reporting use cases to support decision making for the firm. Acting as a functional subject matter expert, creating and owning strong functional specification documents and project management skills necessary to scope the requirements and closure from the customers/stakeholders. Responsibilities also include, assessing the gaps between the prioritized requirements and the current reporting capabilities. Generating possible solution options and, with the use of an agreed set of design principles, selecting the preferred option to move forward. This position will be 100% remote in India, as a 6-month contract with opportunity for extensions.
Pay rate: $14-18/hr. USD

-At least 5 years experience as a Data Analyst/Consultant, with experience functionally and technically
-Experience supporting a finance organization at a large scale enterprise
-Experience on SQL is a must, with prior experience on snowflake DB
-Experience with AWS S3, downstream consumption with Tableau or BI, and reporting
-Excellent communication skills and professionalism, ability to be the bridge between the stakeholders and technical teams
-Prior experience of working on SAP, Workday and Planning application platform is an added benefit
