Insight Global is in need of an IT Project Manager with a focus around Distribution Centers who will be vital to the ongoing guidance, management, and delivery of projects as contributing to the overall growth of the business. In this role, you will bring your skill set of project management and agile execution to these initiatives. You will be working with outside vendors (if applicable) and internal teams to plan and manage the project activities, provide governance and oversight, provide status and other inputs to the business, IT, and Leadership stakeholders This includes scheduling and facilitating necessary meetings and related action items while pursuing iterative process improvements and collaborative conversations. It is important to proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues (and related mitigation plans) while being able to escalate in a clear and timely manner as appropriate. The compensation for this position is $60-$70/hr and is based on years of experience.

B.S. with 5+ years experience in a relevant technical field, including 3 years experience as Project Manager (PM) in IT or similar field
Experience working with both IT and Operations
Experience with 3PL (3rd party logistics providers)
Strong experience with and understanding of Distribution, Fulfillment, and Sortation Centers
Understanding of both waterfall (traditional) and agile culture, principles and methodologies
Understanding of/hands-on experience with software development life cycle
Exposure to one or more relevant domain areas such as product, merchandising, retail, marketing, manufacturing, or supply chain preferred
Demonstrated influence without authority, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and willing to take a hands-on approach and help the team to drive success
