Job Description
We are looking for a Content Producer to join a large footwear and retail client. They will have the ability to be a self-starter, resourceful, and have a collaborative attitude. The person in this role will need to have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. They need to have a strong ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and problem-solve while maintaining a positive attitude. This candidate will need to be proficient in the creative production, have relationships with the production community and have a high level of project management experience.
Your role will include leading the operational production of still and motion content that fuels our visual story telling on multiple digital platforms. All of these visuals will bring to life the Brand, our product and be centered around our audience.
The essence of this role is keeping productions on track, protecting the creative process while delivering commercially and brand aligned creative. Operational excellence always: ensure the team delivers high quality work, on time and on budget 100% of the time.
Your Responsibilities will include:
* Facilitate collaboration between internal and external creative partners.
* You will schedule and attend asset review meetings and vet feedback for the creative crew and make sure teams are aligned and we have a clear path forward.
* You will produce and attend photo shoots for our seasonal content
* Communicate obstacles and improvement opportunities
* You will initiate creative concept meetings after content submission to drive collaboration between creative teams. Create and manage timelines for photography, copy and design, and manage deadlines for creative assets.
* Develop and refine effective workflow processes, scheduling strategies, and communication models.

* Supervise flow and quality of information into the creative team. Partner with project management on system integration and incorporating new processes, tools and workflow systems.
* Attend weekly meetings with development, production and the strategy teams.
* Work with Sr Manger, Creative Operations to develop, maintain, communicate and train internal teams and external resources/teams on brand standards.
* Maintain understanding of all aspects of brand standards, design and production process.
* Manage communication issues between business partners, creative operations managers and project managers.
* Oversee all elements of production (location scouting/casting/model & wardrobe selection, insurance coverage, adhering to shot list and schedule as relates to budget, obtaining creative overage estimates as need be, following compliance guidelines, booking travel, ensure file and spec sizes, provide any necessary meta-data, review and approve all final billing from vendor for payment.
* Negotiate, prepare and control production budget while partnering with project managers and budget holders.
* Ensure creative is completed on time and on budget.
* Provide clear communication of project statuses.
* Proactive approach to responsibilities and creative problem-solving.
* Partner with legal team to clear all rights and obtain accurate release forms/agreements. Ensure compliance and good business sense with regulations and codes of practice
Required Skills & Experience
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Design or a equivalent experience in a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' directly relevant work experience including 2 years interactive project management/creative production experience.
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines
* Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities
* Strong understanding of project management tools like Asana, MS Office, Airtable
* Understanding of the language of creative production
* Detail orientation and intrinsic passion toward site success and high-quality delivery
* Outstanding team player and positive attitude
* Able to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes-- Must maintain a positive attitude under pressure
