Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist to join a top global consulting firm. This firm delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. The Data Scientist will work on the firm's Search team for an internal GenAI project. This role is local to India.
Day-to-Day
•Leverage strong expertise in Python-based data processing and ML ecosystems, including Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Keras, and related libraries.
•Perform in-depth Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights; present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Apply advanced statistical methods, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques to enhance model accuracy and robustness.
•Implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, including hands-on work with large language models (LLMs) and modern generative frameworks.
•Integrate and deploy GenAI models into production environments, including APIs, pipelines, and enterprise applications.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable data science solutions.
Pay Range
$16/hr-$18/hr

Required Skills & Experience
•Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
•2–4+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related roles within an enterprise or consulting environment.
•Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and machine learning.
•Proven expertise in EDA, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
•Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
•Practical experience with Generative AI technologies and frameworks, including implementation and integration of LLM-based solutions.
•Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.
