Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Content Team Lead to support and manage the Sitecore AI CMS platform (formerly XMC). This individual will oversee a small team of interns, partner with cross‑functional product teams, and ensure strong stakeholder communication. They will provide end‑to‑end webpage support, operational oversight, and drive how content, components, and assets are built into high‑performing digital experiences.
Responsibilities include:
-Managing development activities in a dynamic, agile environment
-Creating requirements for new features, maintaining security, and managing risk
-Establishing and communicating priorities, performing UAT, and ensuring process consistency
-Gathering and documenting requirements from end users and stakeholders
-Translating business needs into actionable tasks
-Supporting workflow optimization and process improvements
-Assisting with testing, validation, and issue tracking across platforms
Sitecore Platform Stewardship
-Oversee website content updates, component configuration, and webpage lifecycle activities
-Troubleshoot login/content issues and coordinate with Sitecore support resources
-Ensure adherence to risk and security guidelines
-Manage platform dependencies and track downstream impacts of changes
People Leadership
-Recruit, onboard, and mentor 5–8 interns
-Define learning paths, assign projects, and ensure deliverable quality
-Delegate structured tasks (content ops, QA, basic analysis)
-Provide feedback and support individual development toward production‑ready work
Pay Range: $8.00-$12.00/hr (*pay rate determined by multiple factors including relevant experience, years of experience, and degrees)

Required Skills & Experience
-Experience working within agile methodologies
-Basic HTML/CSS or front‑end development exposure
-UI/UX understanding or familiarity with design principles
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-6+ years of experience in content management, business analysis, or digital platforms
-Hands‑on Sitecore experience (XMC/XP or Content Hub) in a BA or admin‑adjacent capacity
-Familiarity with authoring workflows, governance, and admin activities
-Exposure to DAM systems (e.g., Sitecore Content Hub, Widen)
-Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
-Proven experience mentoring or managing interns/junior team members
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid documentation habits
-Skilled in meeting facilitation and cross-team coordination
