A pharmaceutical company is looking for a fully remote Medical Affairs Business Analyst. This role involves gathering and interpreting business requirements, developing functional specifications, and ensuring collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and testing teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical resource with a deep understanding of Office 365 (SharePoint, Smartsheets, PowerApps) and can build solutions independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define business requirements and develop specifications.
2. Liaise between the business and the MSP (Cognizant).
3. Create test cases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
4. Analyze data and create reports.
5. Work extensively with Office 365 tools.
Compensation:
$70/hour to $90/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

5+ years of experience working within a in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry
5+ years of experience as a business analyst in Medical Affairs with a strong IT background
Office 365 Experience (building a SharePoint, power apps, Smartsheet)
Experience with Gap Analysis, writing user stories, working with Jira
Experience working with envision
