We are looking for a Designer to support the Enterprise Global Communications teams (Employee Comms & Engagement and Corporate Comms) to develop the design vision, direction and execution for a lifestyle/footwear company, globally. You will help explore, develop and drive the aesthetic of our Brand, internally, applied to creative assets and tools across our range of employee-facing channels.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
If this is you, youll be working with a highly motivated Enterprise Communications team (Employee Comms & Engagement and Corporate Comms) on the following:
Digital and Editorial Content Creation
o As EC Designer, youll work independently to develop and produce innovative design solutions across various corporate and employee-focused Digital and IRL platforms.
o Youll work across a variety of mediums including graphic, motion, photography and free form to create innovative, engaging content that pushes the boundaries of whats possible.
Event Creative Development and Production (including IRL installations)
o Youll create final production files and artwork for the implementation of projects, including but not limited to All Team Meetings, heritage month wall murals, product drops and fireside chats with key partners.
o Youll manage vendors to ensure your files are properly produced and installed, when needed.
Communication of Creative Strategy & Stewardship of Brand Standards
o Youll utilize exceptional design skills and demonstrate innovation in evolving concepts and designs and, where needed, effectively communicate creative concepts and a vision for how a project will progress from start to finish.
o In addition, youll stay connected to the head of Global Brand Creative, other Brand Creative counterparts, to maintain a working knowledge of Brand priorities, creative direction, and market presence.
Internal Team Slide/Document Development
o Youll work closely with the Communications Leadership Team to create and refine necessary team strategy documents.
A typical week might include building a creative vision and direction for heritage month employee programming, helping to build the presentation for All Team Meetings, helping to update the creative look and feel of HQ in Boston. As EC Designer, you will play a pivotal role in building the creative content that drives storytelling for our diverse workforce to position the company as the most inspiring company for employees.
$30/hour to $35/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or similar field
3+ years of professional design experience (digital, brand, etc.)
Demonstrated high level of expertise the Adobe Creative Suite and presentation software Keynote, PowerPoint and talent for visual presentation i.e., turning concepts rooted in words (slide with bullet points) into clear, clean and engaging visuals
Experience in HTML email templates and web design
Proven ability to apply and perform design skills through illustration, photography, typography, ideation, spacing, and scale, visual presentation development and layout
Experience in video/GIF creation and editing in Adobe Premiere and motion graphics in Adobe After Effects
Experience with creative direction
