Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to join our client's team in Beverly, MA. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive, integrated digital marketing strategy across various channels, including the website, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. This position requires strong stakeholder and project management skills, as well as a proven track record of working collaboratively and efficiently. This person must have experience working in a regulated environment (financial services; ideally asset management) and have a solid understanding of regulatory compliance.



The primary responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager include:

- Developing and driving the marketing strategy for e-distribution, including designing templates, writing compelling copy, and ensuring timely and accurate email marketing campaigns.

- Managing select website development projects, updating content and data on a quarterly basis, and generating website traffic reports for key stakeholders.

- Maintaining the brand's presence on various social media platforms (organic and paid), creating engaging social media posts related to key products, campaigns, and initiatives.

- Crafting copy for external communications across e-distribution, social media, and website features, focusing on clarity, accuracy, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.

- Ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and compliance of all website pages with Easterly regulatory standards.

- Developing website features to showcase focus products and key initiatives, including copywriting and design.

- Assisting the Marketing Team by providing recommendations on best practices for website information architecture.

- Collaborating with marketing to consider target audiences and enhance the digital experience through e-distribution, website traffic, and other digital deliverables.

- Identifying process improvements and working with marketing to implement best practices that facilitate user journeys and lead generation.

- Effectively project managing requests from marketing colleagues, ensuring timely approvals from stakeholders, legal, and compliance, thus minimizing time to market.

- Demonstrating a strong understanding of data to analyze changing trends and competitor information, supporting the provision of analytics, and driving a test and learn approach through relevant analytics tools.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

- 5+ years' experience in digital marketing

- Experience working in the financial services/asset management industry

- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other design programs

- Strong project management skills, attention to detail; highly organized; strong communication and analytical skills.

- A solid understanding of the regulatory environment ('40 Act) as it pertains to marketing.

- Experience proactively developing new ideas for multi-pronged digital campaigns.

- Experience working within deadlines and managing multiple projects across business lines.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with WordPress

- Experience with Pardot or Marketo Engage

- Video editing skills

- Experience working with the Compliance team when advertising mutual funds.
