Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an AV Programmer for a leading audiovisual technology and integration client. This candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated AV control system solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of traditional AV programming expertise and modern software development skills, leveraging technologies such as C#, Python, JavaScript, APIs, Linux, and database platforms to create scalable and highly integrated control environments. This role will collaborate closely with engineering teams, project managers, and customers to deliver reliable, innovative AV experiences while helping drive the evolution of programming standards, automation, and system integration capabilities across the organization.
Pay ranges 105k-130k

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of AV programming experience
Crestron programming experience (Crestron Masters preferred)
Experience with AV control systems, integration, and commissioning
Programming experience with C#, Python, JavaScript, or .NET
API integration experience (REST/WebSocket)
Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Git or other version control tools
Excellent communication skills
