Team members will play a key role in a high-visibility modernization initiative focused on data integration, advanced analytics, AI enablement, application development, and operational readiness. If you would like to join the team as a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Leading a highly visible digital transformation effort
• Driving delivery across data engineering, analytics, application development, and UX teams to build next-generation capabilities
• Partnering with engineering and business leaders to bring operational data from deployed systems into a unified platform.
• Managing priorities, milestones, stakeholder communication, and roadmap execution for an MVP targeted for near-term delivery.
• Helping shape how the customer leverages data and technology to improve sustainment readiness and operational decision-making.
Compensation: $75-90/HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of Project Management experience supporting software, cloud, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience leading Agile software delivery teams
• Experience managing complex technical programs involving Data Engineering, Analytics, Application Development, and Architecture teams
• Strong understanding of SDLC and product delivery lifecycles
• Experience creating executive-level status reporting, KPI dashboards, and stakeholder communications
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related certification preferred
• Experience supporting DoD, aerospace, or sustainment environments
