Job Description
Architect, design, and deploy enterprise PowerApps (Canvas & Model‑driven), Power Automate workflows, and integrations with Microsoft/third‑party applications.
AI & Data Solutions: Leverage Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power BI to embed AI, create dashboards, and deliver intelligent, data‑driven solutions.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, aligned with business objectives; conduct code reviews; and provide guidance on data privacy, ethics, and compliance.
Collaboration & Leadership: Gather requirements, lead customer workshops, mentor junior developers, and foster innovation through teamwork and cross‑team collaboration.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Produce engineering documentation, participate in Agile ceremonies, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with emerging technologies to drive ongoing improvement.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
BS with 12–15 years or Master’s with 10–13 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Dataverse.
Strong understanding of M365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure integrations (Functions, Logic Apps, DevOps).
Programming experience (JavaScript, C#, SQL) plus familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of Dataverse, data management/governance, data modeling, relational databases, and API/custom connector integrations.
Proficiency with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 services; experience with large scale environments (10,000+ users).
Background in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, version control, DevOps methodologies, and ServiceNow change control.
Proven leadership, ability to work independently or in teams, adaptability to change, and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, with strong analytical skills and commitment to delivering high quality solutions.
