Job Description
Seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer with advanced AI capabilities to design, build, and deploy intelligent, enterprise scale solutions for CMS. This role is ideal for a long term Power Platform expert who has evolved into AI enabled development, regularly building and deploying Copilot agents, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder solutions in real production environments.
You will work on new AI initiatives partnering closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and user centric automation and conversational AI solutions that support 10,000+ users across the CMS enterprise within Power Platform Applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy AI enabled Power Platform solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse integrations
Optimize agent and automation performance for scalability, reliability, and user experience within Power Platform Applications
Design agentic AI solutions that support intelligent decision making and workflow automation within Power Platform Applications
Apply Microsoft Responsible AI principles, enterprise governance standards, and compliance controls
Ensure solutions align with CMS security, data protection, and compliance requirements (including retention and records management considerations)
Translate complex stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions
Confidently engage with demanding, customer facing stakeholders, explaining design decisions and tradeoffs
Produce clear technical documentation and mentor junior engineers
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, DevOps practices, and solution reviews
Compensation:
$65/hr to $75/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 10–13 years of experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Proven hands on experience regularly building, deploying, and maintaining agents in production
Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint integrations, AI Builder (form processing, prediction, classification, object detection), and Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
Experience delivering enterprise scale solutions supporting 10,000+ users
Strong problem solving skills, communication, and technical documentation abilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Microsoft certifications such as PL 100, PL 200, MS 900
Demonstrated experience with GenAI technologies, including Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt engineering and conversational AI design
Power BI experience for dashboards and reporting
Familiarity with change management, compliance, and records retention frameworks (e.g., NARA, Capstone)
Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Knowledge of ServiceNow (SNOW) and enterprise change control processes
