Job Description

Oversee technical aspects of ISD tech, including troubleshooting, design decisions, and system modifications.
Provide direction and mentorship in tech support, service delivery, and Agile/DevOps practices.
Manage and facilitate meetings, ensuring teams improve technical skills based on feedback.
Maintain excellent relationships with end-users and stakeholders to identify and support customer needs.
Foster continuous improvement and develop strong partnerships with ISD teams and CMS customers.

Required Skills & Experience

BS degree with 12+ years or Master's with 10+ years (experience may substitute for a degree.)
Proven cloud engineering experience, certifications in Azure/AWS/GCP, strong troubleshooting, and knowledge of SDLC, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub, Ansible, Terraform, Powershell automation, Solid understanding of Windows Active Directory, group policies, troubleshooting windows systems and ability to troubleshoot and identify network related issues.
Excellent communication, collaboration, client management, and conflict management skills; ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with cloud security best practices and industry standards.
Self-starter, team player, efficient communicator, and analytical problem-solver.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Python
Linux and Windows OS
Proven ability to work with challenging customers
Experience with IaC and DevOps tools: Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, JFROG.
Experience and understanding of automating manual processes.
Agile-based knowledge and skill, including experience with Scrum Ceremonies and work management tools (e.g., (JIRA, Confluence).
