The successful candidate will work under the direction of various managers within an Agile ITIL environment, focusing on DevOps. As a member of the ECIS Development Team, they will provide expert support for the M365 Power Platform, designing and developing innovative software solutions to enhance user experience across Microsoft products. Responsibilities include:
Independently resolving complex issues for internal and external customers, including vendors.
Delivering presentations and producing technical documents tailored to customer needs.
Participating in scrum sprint activities related to M365 Power Platform solutions.
Troubleshooting and collaborating with technical functional groups like Service Desk, Datacomm, EUA, Security, and Engineering Teams.
Possessing strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with technical staff.
Compensation:
$55/hr to $65/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

BS degree and 8 12 years of prior relevant experience or a masters degree with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience.
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
Familiarity with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps and how they integrate with Power Platform.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, and SQL.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and OAuth.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, API integrations, custom connectors, and data management/governance.
Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 services, and Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
Proficient in DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and change control principles.
Leadership experience, detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing project requirements.
