Job Description

• Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice to support migration efforts to Microsoft Teams voice platform
• Establishes communications systems by installing, operating, and maintaining voice and data telecommunications network circuits and equipment.
• Support number porting, call routing validation, and failover testing.
• Assist with site turn-ups, migrations, and cutovers.
• Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; and identifying, correcting, or escalating problems.

Pay range for this position is $24 - 38/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, information technology, or another related field
• Associate degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience
• One to three years of related IT/telecommunications experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in engineering and configuring solutions that implement VoIP.
• Experience in system Manager (SMGR), Session Manager (SM), Element Management System (EMS), Session Border Controller (SBC), Application Enablement Services (AES), and SIP trunking solutions.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Telephony systems, including incident and problem management for CM, SMGR, SM, EMS, SBC, AES, and SIP environments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement. (DO NOT REMOVE)
