Job Description

Provide development support for ServiceNow projects and enhancements.
Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
Collaborate with the team in architecture design development and reviews.
Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
PR: 40/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's and 3 years of experience, Master's and 1 year of experience or 7+ in lieu of a degree
5+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
Required ServiceNow required certification:
Certified System Administrator (baseline)
Certified Application Developer (baseline)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies
Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts
Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
Experience with the US Federal Government
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
Required ServiceNow required certification:
o Certified System Administrator (baseline)
o Certified Application Developer (baseline)
Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for the following:
o CIS Customer Service Management
o CIS IT Service Management
o CIS Discovery
o CIS Service Mapping
o CIS Strategic Portfolio Management
o CIS Application Portfolio Management
o CIS Software Asset Management
o CIS Hardware Asset Management
3+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
3+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
2+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
