Job Description

My client is looking for a Fleet Manager who oversees the procurement, maintenance, and operational readiness of all vehicles and heavy equipment used in construction projects. This role ensures that the fleet supports project timelines, complies with safety and regulatory standards, and operates cost-effectively.

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience managing fleets in the construction or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Skills
• Experience with GPS tracking systems and telematics.
• Familiarity with procurement and vendor negotiation.
• Understanding of construction project workflows and timelines.
