Job Description

Senior-level technician and floor SME supporting complex instrument manufacturing. Leads troubleshooting, supports engineers, and drives process improvement.

• Own manufacturing process for assigned lines
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex systems
• Act as SME for production and engineering teams
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system-level issues
• Support engineering with validations and improvements
• Handle deviations, quality issues, and investigations
• Train and mentor operators and technicians
• Lead continuous improvement efforts
• Update procedures and documentation
• Lead root cause analysis and drive resolutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with complex electromechanical systems
• Strong background working in robotics, medical manufacturing and/or automated systems
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
• Experience supporting production environments
• Ability to read schematics and technical docs
• Hands-on with test equipment and tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Regulated manufacturing experience
• Lean / CI experience
• Experience leading troubleshooting and quality improvements
• Leadership or mentoring experience
