Job Description

HearAtHome.com takes a patient-centric approach to hearing healthcare through a hybrid business model that
combines convenience, affordability, and accessibility. By removing traditional brick-and-mortar locations, we deliver
high-quality hearing care directly to patients through in-home visits and telehealth services.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed Hearing Instrument Fitter to test, fit, and support hearing devices for
patients in their homes or remotely. This role also includes helping to recruit, train, and support future representatives
as our network continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
○ Conduct hearing tests and fittings in-home or via telehealth
○ Recommend, fit, and adjust hearing devices
○ Maintain accurate patient records
○ Manage appointments and workload independently

Required Skills & Experience

○ PA-licensed Dispensing Audiologist or Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
○ 1-5 years of professional experience
○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
○ Ability to work independently
○ Excellent time management and organizational skills
