Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Grants & Contracts Specialist to support the pre-award team at a nationally recognized pediatric healthcare and research organization supporting high-impact grant and research initiatives. This individual will serve as the primary sponsor-facing contractual and administrative point of contact from application submission through notice of award while ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements and proper setup within Children's grants management systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
•3+ years of progressive grants and contracts administration experience supporting biomedical research and/or healthcare programs
NIH experience is the most important to this HM!!!
• Experience working within a research administration office, sponsored programs office, university, academic medical center, or federal grant-making agency
• Knowledge of NIH Grants Policy Statement, FAR and DFAR clauses, OMB Circulars A-110, A-122, and A-133, and 45 CFR Part 74 Appendix E
• Experience with grant proposal review, approval, compliance, and submission processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to obtain Certified Research Administrator (CRA) certification within three years of employment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
• Certified Research Administrator (CRA) certification
