Job Description

Insight Global is searching a Sr. Grants and Contracts Specialist to support the post-award team at a leading pediatric hospital. They will be assigned a portfolio of grants and contracts to manage. The Sr. Grants and Contracts Specialist will be the sponsor-facing contractual and administrative point of contract from award receipt to closeout. Also, internally the Sr. Grants and Contracts Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance and proper setup in the grants management systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
•3+ years of progressive grants and contracts administration experience supporting biomedical research and/or healthcare programs
NIH experience is the most important
• Experience working within a research administration office, sponsored programs office, university, academic medical center, or federal grant-making agency
• Knowledge of NIH Grants Policy Statement, FAR and DFAR clauses, OMB Circulars A-110, A-122, and A-133, and 45 CFR Part 74 Appendix E
• Experience with grant proposal review, approval, compliance, and submission processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
