Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Office Manager for a manufacturing company in Nottingham, MD. This individual will serve as the front-facing presence of the office, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing administrative support to internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing supplies, and welcoming visitors. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an office setting and enjoys being a key support resource for the organization.

Required Skills & Experience

- Prior experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phones
- Experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Professional demeanor with visitors and internal stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience supporting executives or leadership teams
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience ordering and managing office supplies
- Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Basic facilities or vendor coordination experience
