Job Description

Create functional design and configuration documents.
Work with XML Schema Definition (XSD) files and related XML files for incoming and outgoing data exchanges with Oracle EBS.
Create data mapping between Oracle EBS tables and XML requirements as defined in the XSD.
Setup and maintain Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) and related value sets.
Perform Oracle EBS configurations working primarily in the Oracle Purchasing area.
Facilitate and participate in customer and stakeholder meetings.
Document discussions in project meeting minutes.
Create and deliver high quality project artifacts such as system requirements documents, test plans and test scripts in accordance with the project schedule.
Collaborate with the technical (i.e., software developers) and quality assurance teams to ensure that requirements are clear, understood, actionable, and testable.
Provide clarifications and revisions to requirements as needed throughout the release cycle.
Ensure baseline documentation is updated after each release including requirements traceability matrix (RTM).
Collaborate with developers to perform high-level functional testing of the solution.
Work within the system development life cycle (SDLC) guidelines to ensure all documentation adheres to required guidance.
Perform peer review of team members work products.
Compliance and Security: Organization policies and regulations
Plan and execute Oracle EBS Upgrades and Patching
Oversee Integrations and Data Migrations

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university; or equivalent education/experience in an accounting or information technology field.
Minimum of 7 years as a functional analyst / requirements analyst for Oracle EBS Federal Financials and Projects R12.
Demonstrated experience in systems and/or data analysis and the SDLC.
Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload and maintain schedules and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum is a plus.
Experience working with standard Oracle Purchasing in a federal environment.
Experience working with XML files for data exchanges between Oracle EBS and partner systems.
Experience with Oracle EBS Enterprise Command Center (ECC) dashboards is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Visio and Project is a plus.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulations related to compliance and security.
Plan and execute upgrades and patching for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Oversee integrations and manage data migrations.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Oracle Certified Professional is a plus.
