Works closely with designers, engineers, and business professionals in a collaborative environment to create strategic, product roadmaps.
Manage the client onboarding process, working with a cross-functional team including clients, sales, national account managers, system technical owners, and vendors.
Draws upon customer insights to drive the software product vision and direction.
Provides leadership in identifying and defining ongoing product features that align with business strategy.
Collect, document, and prioritize system capability enhancements on an ongoing basis to ensure we continue to meet client expectations.
Work with the system technical owners / vendors to validate, test, and communicate system enhancements.
Prioritize and facilitate the supplier enablement workflow with input from the business, supply management, and technical team.
Own the sales and onboarding documentation, keeping up to date as system changes and enhancements are rolled out
Research and propose additional 3rd party P2P Solutions for potential licensing / adoption.
Communicate project status and potential problems to team members and department leaders.
Assist with supplier enablement activities (catalog acquisition, pricing rules, testing) in support of specific Entegra clients needs.
Provide key metric on system usage, enabled suppliers, and contract utilization

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
