Job Description
- This person will be responsible for the Reactive and preventative maintenance of the HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Air handler units, and building controls system as well as providing troubleshooting support for Plumbing and Electrical.
- 70/30 reactive/preventative maintenance while on site.
- Inspecting buildings regularly to identify any structural issues or malfunctions within the building systems
- Maintaining records of all maintenance and repair work conducted in the building
- Responding to emergency situations or breakdowns within the building and organizing swift solutions
- Estimating costs for repairs, upgrades, and improvements within the building
- Coordinating with architects and construction teams on new building projects

Required Skills & Experience
- YOE: 3+
- Boilers (2 350hp boilers on site), Chillers, and Controls (preferably Siemens).
- Strong understanding of BAB, Valve actuators, relays, tracers, etc.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledgeable on Siemens
- NAPE/CFC/EPA certifications
- Commercial experience
