Job Description

One of the largest and most respected family offices in the DMV area, based in Potomac, Maryland, is currently seeking an Assistant Counsel to join their in-house legal team. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a salary of around $160K, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-capitalized, growth-oriented real estate investment firm in a collaborative and high-impact legal role.

Target pay between $155-165K

Required Skills & Experience

Key Highlights:

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law
Experience drafting and negotiating leases, purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, and more
Corporate and land use experience is a plus
Admission to at least one state bar required
