Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience
BS or MS in Engineering or a related field
Ability to be self sufficient, absolutely no hand holding or micromanaging
High level of proficiency with technical engineering concepts
KiCAD, ALTIUM
Oscilloscope, PCB analysis & troubleshooting, soldering & PCB rework
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Diverse experience in various types of work
Not narrowly focused; no need to be an expert in a specific field
Self-motivated, able to work in ambiguity, and willing to learn new things
Good communication skills, team player, and able to recognize and adopt better ideas
